The information provided through our Services, including but not limited to trading indicators, strategies, webhook alerts, and community discussions, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in our Services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not financial advisors, and all content is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

Trading and investing involve significant risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any decisions based on our Services. All decisions to use our indicators, strategies, webhooks, or participate in discussions are made at your own discretion and risk. We do not guarantee any results, profits, or performance, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

Our Services are available through a tiered membership model: Free Tier, Basic Membership (999 credits/30 Days), and Advanced Membership (1999 credits/30 Days). Upon creating and verifying an account via email, you receive 1,000 free credits for initial use. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Subscriptions for Basic and Advanced tiers are opt-in, billed monthly in credits deducted from your balance on the 1st of each month. If your balance is insufficient, access to subscribed features will be paused until you top up. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions at any time via your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing cycle—no prorated refunds or any refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. To prevent spam, we implement measures such as email verification and may require additional verification (e.g., CAPTCHA) for account creation.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are the currency used for pay-as-you-go (PAYG) services and monthly subscriptions. Each credit is valued at $0.01. You can purchase credits using XRP through our secure payment system, with a unique destination tag assigned to your account to ensure proper crediting. All credit purchases are final, non-refundable under any circumstances, and non-transferable.

The Webhook service is available on a PAYG basis at 100 credits per usage, deducted from your balance only if sufficient credits are available. Users may build and integrate their own indicators and scripts with the webhook service.

Optional webhook bundles, where offered, replace the standard per-request PAYG credit cost and provide discounted execution rates for higher-frequency usage. Webhook bundles are non-refundable under any circumstances, non-transferable, and remain valid until fully used.

3.1 Taxes & VAT

Prices for subscriptions, credits, and services are stated inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. VAT treatment is determined based on the customer’s location at the time of purchase in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate location and billing information for tax purposes. Where required, VAT invoices may be issued to business customers upon request and subject to the provision of valid billing details and VAT registration information.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our indicators, strategies, webhooks, or any other content.
• Use our Services to harm others or violate third-party rights.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas, interfere with our systems, or create multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
• Share or transfer credits, subscriptions, or access to paid features (including Discord channels).

Integration with third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, Binance) is at your own risk. We are not liable for any issues arising from such integrations. Paid tiers include access to our Discord community: Basic Membership provides standard support and discussion channels; Advanced Membership offers priority support and exclusive discussion channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including indicators, strategies, code, and community resources, is our proprietary property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them during your active subscription or membership. Upon cancellation or pause, access will be revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last month.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically for updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Isle of Man, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Discord & Community Platforms

TVFibs provides access to community discussion areas hosted on third-party platforms, including Discord. Access to certain Discord channels may be included with paid memberships and is subject to continued compliance with these Terms.

Discord is a third-party service governed by its own terms, privacy policies, and operational practices. TVFibs does not control and is not responsible for Discord’s availability, performance, moderation systems, data handling, or service interruptions.

Content shared within the Discord community is user-generated and reflects the views of individual participants only. TVFibs does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any strategies, opinions, test results, or statements shared within the community.

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke Discord access for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, or abusive behavior, without refund or compensation.

12. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

The TVFibs website and related communications may contain links to third-party products, services, exchanges, tools, or platforms. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning TVFibs may receive a commission or other compensation if you choose to engage with or purchase through them.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our platform functionality, pricing, or membership features, and do not increase costs to the user unless explicitly stated.

All third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and policies. TVFibs does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or conduct of any third-party service accessed via affiliate or external links.

Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before engaging with any third-party platform.

Execution-Only Platform

TVFibs is a software automation platform that provides technical infrastructure for executing user-defined webhook requests. The platform does not generate trading signals, provide financial or investment advice, manage portfolios, or exercise discretion over trade execution.

All alerts, parameters, and trading decisions originate from the user or from third-party tools selected by the user. TVFibs processes requests mechanically based solely on the data provided, available credits or tokens, and basic validation checks.

Indicators, Strategy Tests & Examples

TVFibs may publish example indicators, configuration settings, or historical strategy test results for educational and demonstration purposes only. These examples are provided to illustrate how automation can be configured and do not constitute recommendations, trade signals, or guarantees of performance.

Use of any indicator settings or strategy examples is entirely optional and remains at the sole discretion of the user. TVFibs does not automatically apply, enforce, or enable strategy settings on behalf of users.

Community & Discord

TVFibs operates a community Discord for discussion and education. Any strategies, settings, test results, or opinions shared within the community are provided by individuals and do not constitute financial advice or official recommendations from TVFibs.

Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions, configurations, and outcomes.

TVFibs collects and processes only the information necessary to operate the platform, including account credentials, email addresses, security information, and usage data.

Cookies & Local Storage

TVFibs uses essential cookies and local storage mechanisms required for authentication, session management, security, and platform functionality. These cookies are necessary for the operation of the service and cannot be disabled.

TVFibs does not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party marketing purposes.

By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service-related communications, including account verification, security notifications, credit transactions, and system updates. These communications are required to operate the service and cannot be opted out of while an account remains active.
